lt;p>The Labet family of Ch&acirc;teau de la Tour owns the largest holdings of Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru, and in fact the ch&acirc;teau&#39;s winery and cellars are actually inside the walls of this Clos. Current generation, Fran&ccedil;ois Labet makes all his wines here, including his eponymous domaine wines: old vine Bourgogne (both red and white) with fresh aromatics, lovely energy and complexity, and nicely balanced fruit. Fran&ccedil;ois couldn&#39;t be a better guy, and his wines are wonderfully old school, generous, and thoughtfully crafted.</p>
